Outstanding Mid-20th Century Kashan Rug

An outstanding mid-20th century Persian Kashan rug with an all-over floral and scrolling vine trellis pattern woven in light and dark indigo, green, gold, orange, and red vegetable dyed wool on a cream colored ground. The border is exceptionally wide and woven with a similar pattern, and similar colored as the field.
