Rare 1910 Sarouk Farahan Sample

A rare late 19th century Persian Sarouk Farahan sample showing the extraordinary rendering and technical skills of the weaver. The patterns are traditional, with expertly styled floral and vine patterns. The border is complementary with similar scaled flowers and vines to the rest of the rug. These items are scarcely found.
