An unusual early 20th Century Persian Heriz rug with twenty-one stylized floral medallions woven in light and dark indigo, gold, crimson, and white wool, on a gorgeous bold crimson background. The border is wide, with a large central stylized floral stripe on a black background, flanked by two pairs of matching petite floral and vine patterned stripes.
