Wonderful Early 20th Century Kashan Rug

A wonderful early 20th century Persian Kashan rug with a fantastic abrash red field with multiple floral “baskets” woven in light and dark indigo, and orange vegetable dyed wool. The border is extraordinary with a wide central stripe with large flowers and scrolling vines, flanked by multiple thin stripes with paisleys.
