An amazing mid-20th Century Kurdish Kilim runner with a fantastic abrash crimson field surrounded by a wonderful diamond pattern border. An interesting contemporary twist emerges as this rug has been cut in half and re-woven with one side flipped 180 degrees. The restyling is almost a knod to the paintings of Mark Rothko.
