Early 20th Century Kashan Prayer Rug

A wonderful early 20th century Persian Kashan prayer rug with a central tree-of-life pattern woven in light and dark indigo, orange, crimson, and gold vegetable dyed wool on a light cranberry colored field. The border is wide with a large-scale flowers and scrolling vines flanked by pairs of matching petite floral patterned stripes.
