Early 20th Century Kurdish Rug

An early 20th Century Persian Kurdish rug with a wonderful pattern containing multiple diamonds with geometric forms woven in crimson, light and dark indigo, cream, and copper colored wool. The border is complex, with two wide stripes, one with a zigzag pattern and the other with stylized floral patterned stripe.
