Exceptional Early 20th Century Kurdish Rug

An exceptional early 20th Century Kurdish rug with a fantastic pattern containing two large diamond form medallions, each with a stylized floral pattern woven in crimson, gold, and light indigo, all on a dark indigo field of stylized flowers, leaves, and birds. The border is wonderful with a wide central stripe containing stylized flowers on an indigo background flanked by matching petite floral and vine patterned stripes.
