Fantastic Mid-20th Century Khotan Rug

A beautiful mid-20th Century Central Asian Khotan rug with an incredible asymmetrical large-scale floral and leaf medallion woven in light and dark yellow, gold, pink and indigo. The medallion lives amidst a gold field with long leaves surrounded by a boldly detailed border with scrolled vines and leaves woven in similarly colored wool.
