Special Early 20th Century Tabriz Rug

A special early 20th century Persian Tabriz rug with a central medallion woven with flowers and scrolling vines against a dark indigo background and a central image depicting two buildings flanking a central cypress tree. The medallion lives amidst a field of wonderfully rendered flowers and vines woven in similar colors against a cream background. The border is composed of multiple floral partnered stripes with the central stripe containing a beautiful large scale floral and scrolling pattern.
