Wonderful Bakshaish Runner, Circa 1900

A wonderful early 1900s, Persian Bakshaish runner with three large indigo diamond medallions amidst a crimson field of multicolored flowers and vines. The border is complex with three distinct floral and leaf patterned stripes, one on an indigo background, another on a pale crimson background and the third on a dark cranberry background.
