A wonderful early 20th Century Central Asian Khotan rug with an incredible asymmetrical large-scale floral medallion woven in violet, pink, cream, and brown colored wool. The medallion lives amidst a beautiful orange field with flowering branches surrounded by a boldly detailed border with scrolled vines and leaves woven in similarly colored wool.
