Wonderful Early 20th Century Saveh Kilim Runner

A beautiful early 20th Century Persian Saveh kilim runner with an all-over diamond pattern composed of miniature indigo, crimson, and natural (undyed) wool diamonds. The border is composed of two patterns. The inner border is a petite diamond pattern, and the outer is a larger-scale geometric pattern, all woven in complementary indigo, crimson, and natural wool.
