An amazing early 20th century Persian Ghashgaei rug with three large diamond medallions with a floral pattern, on a wonderful field of tightly woven diamonds on a brilliant crimson background. The border is fantastic with four distinct floral and vine patterns, each woven in crimson, indigo, and cream colored wool.
