An amazing circa 1920 Persian Sarouk Farahan rug with a wonderfully stylized floral pattern woven with natural vegetable dyed wool. The large eight-lobed floral medallion lives on a pale crimson field of multicolored flowers and vines. The border is quite unique with a large-scale pale black and multicolored floral and vine pattern.
