A wonderful early 20th century Eastern Anatolian Kurdish rug with four diamond medallions each with a stylized floral and vine pattern woven in crimson, indigo, white, and cream-colored wool amidst a field of densely woven stylized flowers against a wonderful crimson background. The border is beautiful with a wide central floral partnered stripe flanked by petite geometric patterned stripes.
