An amazing early 20th century Persian Heriz rug with an unusual design lacking the traditional large central medallion, rather, includes a small indigo medallion on a wonderfully woven mirror patterned multicolored floral and vine motif on a rich crimson background. The border is incredible, with a wide large-scale floral pattern on an indigo background, surrounded by multiple geometric and leaf patterned borders.
