A striking early 20th century Persian Karaja rug with a tribal pattern containing three large central medallions heavily woven with stylized flowers, and living amidst a field of even more stylized flowers, surrounded by a wide border with a repeated floral and leaf pattern, and all woven in brilliant crimson, indigo, white, tan, and pink colored wool.
