A fantastic large-scale early 20th century Persian Heriz rug with a large stylized central floral medallion woven with an intricate floral and leave pattern, and living admits a field of even more stylized flowers and leaves, and all woven in crimson, light and dark indigo, cream, and pink, and set against a crimson background. The border is wonderful, with a wide central floral patterned stripe flanked by pairs of petite floral patterned stripes, and all woven in similar colors as the field.
