A gorgeous early 20th century Persian Malayer rug with a wonderful central floral medallion woven in brilliant reds, greens, golds, and indigos, set against a dark indigo background. The border is extraordinary with large-scale floral and scrolling vine patterns woven in similar colors as the field. Truly one of the best Malayers we've seen in a long time!
