A fantastic early 20th century antique Persian Bibikibad rug with a large central floral medallion woven in bold crimson, pink, light and dark indigo, and cream colored wool on a dark indigo background. The medallion lives amidst a field of densely woven myriad flowers and vines on a crimson background. The border is wide with a large central floral patterned stripe flanked by matching pairs of petite floral patterned stripes.
