An incredible monumental early 20th century Meshed rug with a densely woven mirrored pattern of multicolored flowering scrolling vines woven in light and dark indigo, pink, orange, crimson, brown, and black wool on a natural cream colored wool background. The border is outstanding, with a similarly patterned wide central stripe, but on a cranberry background, flanked by petite floral patterned stripes, and one stripe woven in script.
