A wonderful mid-20th century Afghani Kazak rug with three large central medallions, each woven with stylized floral patterns, and living in a field of eve more stylized flowers, and all surrounded by a border of geometric stylized scrolling vines. The entire rug is woven in brilliant crimson, varying shades of indigo, yellows, pinks, and white wool.
