An outstanding early 20th century Persian Sultanabad rug with a large white diamond on an incredible densely woven pattern of all-over trellis and floral pattern containing myriad flowers and scrolling vines and leaves. The border contains a wide central stripe containing a large-scale floral and scrolling vine pattern flanked by pairs of petite floral and vine patterned stripes.
