An outstanding late 20th century hand-knotted Indian rug with a Sarouk Farahan pattern containing a large central medallion with leaves and flowers floating amidst the most wonderful field with weeping willow trees, flowering vines, and more larger stylized flowers. The border is whimsical with a repeated bird and weeping willow tree pattern.
