A wonderful early 20th century Persian Tabriz rug with a large central complex medallion with a tightly woven petite all-over floral trellis pattern, repeated on each level of medallion radiating out. The border is complex with a central floral patterned stripe flanked by pairs of petite floral patterned stripes, and all woven in varying shades of indigo, gold, violet, and pink.
