A wonderful early 20th century central Asian Khotan rug with a fantastic trellis pomegranate pattern with gold, brown, and pale indigo vegetable dyed wool on a burnt orange background. The border is beautiful comprised of an inner meandering motif pattern and an outer turbulent cloud pattern also woven in similar colors to the field.
