A wonderful early 20th century Turkish silk Kayseri rug with an incredible pattern referred to as "Bird of Paradise," incorporating birds hidden amidst myriad plants, trees and flowering bushes on a crimson background. The border is incredible, comprised of multiple wide and thin borders, each with a unique floral and vine pattern.
