Early 20th Century Bidjar Rug

An early 20th Century Persian Bidjar rug with an extraordinary all-over trellis and floral pattern creating a large crimson diamond in the center, on a white field with black corners, all with the same trellis pattern woven in crimson, indigo, green, and pink colored wool. The border is complex with multiple pairs of matching petite floral and scrolling vine patterned stripes.
