An incredible late 19th century Persian Sarouk Farahan rug with the traditional pattern of myriad blossoming branches woven in light and dark indigo, salmon and cream wool. What makes this rug special is the brilliant coral background. The border is wide, with an interesting paisley pattern with an interwoven flowering branch design.
