A fantastic late 19th century Persian Malayer rug with an all-over multicolored trellised floral, leaf, and vine pattern woven in indigo, crimson, and cream colored wool, on a dark indigo background. The border is composed with one central floral stripe on a bright gold background, flanked by multiple matching petite floral stripes.
