An extraordinary early 20th Century Central Asian Samarghand rug of unseal size and pattern with an incredible mirrored large-scale floral medallion woven in crimson, violet, pink, black, and cream colored wool. The medallion lives amidst a crimson field with flowering branches surrounded by a boldly detailed border with scrolled vines and leaves woven in similarly colored wool.
