An extraordinary early 20th Century Central Asian Samarkand rug with an incredible mirrored large-scale floral medallion woven in crimson, pink, gold, and pale green colored wool. The medallion lives amidst a pale green field with flowers surrounded by a boldly detailed border with stylized lotus flowers woven in similarly colored wool.
